Meet Brooke

Brooke Joanna Benlifer is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer, with additional credentials as a Specialist in both Weight Management and Youth Fitness. She grew up in New York, attended Cornell University & graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Nutritional Sciences. She then completed a clinical internship in nine hospitals in the metro NY area before heading west to settle in Southern California.

In San Diego, Brooke worked in the hospital setting for seven years, with both pediatric and adult patients, and coordinated an integrative medicine program for children with cancer. She simultaneously started her private practice to pursue her passion of integrative nutrition and coach  individuals to reach their optimal health through a real, whole foods approach.

Brooke is passionate about living with purpose and service to others. She dedicates time and energy to each client, guiding them to their fullest potential, through a gentle, encouraging, no nonsense, research driven, FUN approach to nutrition, fitness and lifestyle.

Brooke resides in Carlsbad, California with her husband and girl/boy twins. She loves creating recipes in the kitchen, living an active lifestyle, running hill sprints, dancing, Barre classes, & strength training.
